The content of this website is for information about the salon’s services. Our massages are wellness and therapeutic services and do not replace a medical examination or treatment. If you have any health concerns, please consult your doctor before the treatment and let us know.

3. Prices and bookings

Current prices are published on the Prices page. The business is not registered for VAT. Sending an enquiry through the form is not a binding booking; the appointment is confirmed by paying a deposit in line with our booking policy.

4. Copyright

Texts, photographs and the logo belong to ENA or are used with permission and may not be copied without written consent.

5. Consumer complaints

You can send a written complaint to Klekova ulica 19, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, or by e-mail to estenaf@gmail.com. We confirm receipt without delay and reply in writing within 15 days.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
